Terrible experience. MRI report showed grade 4 arthritic issues & torn meniscus. His focus was only torn meniscus, surgery (it doesn't feel better). Pain in knee after surgery is worse than prior. In followup appt dismissed my pain, said he didn't have much time, wouldn't remove fluid from knee, said come back in 3 weeks. Would not answer my questions about the MRI report except to say "I don't do that." I asked to see another doctor in his practice who might help. He refused, said I was frustrating him. If you don't fall within his narrow alley of skill he will not find you help. He is unconcerned with source of pain, listening to the patient & data. Instead, referred me to pain management dr. I don't want to manage my pain. I want to resolve the issues causing it. Quick web research on my part shows multiple ortho practices with skill to resolve my issues (based on the info in the MRI report). I have to travel but that is the route I have to go. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

Dr. B treated me for knee pain for years and just recently did a total knee replacement. It could not have gone any better. I highly recommend this expert surgeon. My physical therapists say I am weeks ahead of the average tkr patient. I've had almost no pain to speak of while hitting end goals of knee flexion in just 16 days. I also returned to the gym in 17 days. I am so happy that I let Dr. B do my knee... you should feel confident in his superior skills.

My entire left knee is his baby. First I tore the ACL, recovery was minimal, then I tore my meniscus...he repaired that I had 98% mobility after 5 days. His bedside manner is EXCELLENT and his knowledge and work is impeccable.
