Rude, arrogant, poor bedside manner, poor care
Spent all his time focused on my medications and not treating my conditions. Ignored request for blood tests and medical exam and missed 2 serious medical conditions that could have led to death. He never put a stethoscope on my chest or did a medical exam in the year I saw him. The only reason people still see him is because the clinic gets federal funding for discounted medications.

Dr. Carroll can be excellent and has many good qualities, but when rushed, he sometimes ignores patient concerns. Once he scoffed at me for listing a major contributing cause of my depression, saying "everybody experiences that." I also haven't felt like he takes anything I say seriously since I was diagnosed with depression. I have tried to find another doctor, but ones accepting patients are thin on the ground here.

Was left in exam room for over an hour. No one checked on me or bothered to explain the delay. Had another appointment and could not stay longer. I need my prescriptions refilled. Could not get another appointment, for the refills, for over a month. One of the people in the office was extremely rude.
