This man & his staff are the best there is for the diabetic community!!! This is coming from a parent of two diabetic sons

Dr. Chamberlain and Kacie are the absolute BEST diabetes providers in Utah. They are kind and caring and live with diabetes themselves. Can't imagine what I would do without them. They make my life and managing my type 1 diabetes infinitely better. Thanks so much to you both!!

When I first came to see Dr Chamberlain I was on Shots and insulin pills. I am now off the shots. Wonderful Doctor

Dr Chamberlain is the greatest! He explains things in a way that make it easy to understand. He knows how I feel because he is diabetic too! He makes me feel good about the decisions I make and gives great support and suggestions on how to do better.

After reviewing the reviews, I need to add my recommendation to both Dr. Chamberlain and Kacie Doyle-Delgado. Both are excellent practitioners with their knowledge of diabetes. Reasonable wait times. I have visited at least one time a year in addition to my family doctor for several years. I feel confident in their advise and have managed control of my diabetes with their help.

Dr. Chamberlain is a wonderful doctor and can empathize with patients since he deals with T1D as well. He listens to your concerns and is not demeaning if you have bad diabetes day. He set goals with us to help us achieve better control on our diabetes. He even calls personally with lab results, even if they are just fine. He is a very involved doctor and cares about his patients.

Dr. Chamberlain and the entirety of his office and staff are phenomenal. I have been seeing him for many years for treatment of Type 1 diabetes and have in fact followed him as his practices has changed and evolved. Dr. Chamberlain knows when to push when I need it (like expiring my prescriptions every 3 months to get me to show up for appointments and extending my drivers license medical form time to keep me from getting tickets). He knows what he is talking about and understands specifically the burdens of dealing with caring for your diabetes. He is insightful and understands the broader implications of what I experience with regards to insulin therapy and glucose monitoring. I dont think I would be anywhere near as well controlled and healthy without Dr. Chamberlain's help. I have also had the opportunity to meet and work with Dr. Kacie Doyle-Delgado who has come up under Dr. Chamberlain and is now accepting new patients. Dr Chamberlain is hands down the best diabetic specialist I have ever had. Having been diagnosed with diabetes 35 years ago, I have had several different doctors, so I have a good deal of experience. Dr Chamberlain is thorough and knowledgeable, and wants to help his patients have the best possible outcome from their diabetes treatment. He is a good listener and spends an appropriate amount of time answering questions, all without making the appointment feel rushed. And on top of all this, he is always right on schedule! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes from my scheduled appointment time! His assistant, Maria, is wonderful, and the office staff is great. Everyone I have come in contact with there is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Chamberlain and his PA for 1.5 years now for my Type 2 Diabetes. When I started My A1c was over 10 and I was taking 50 units of insulin per day. I am now in the low 6% and off my insulin completely and am taking oral medications only. I have lost 40+ pounds and feel better than I have in many years. They were great motivators for me and so positive letting me know I could get control of my diabetes. They have been supportive and concerned and willing to do what ever i need to help me be successful in my quest for better overall health and well being. They truly have added years to my life. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering with any diabetic problems.

I've been seeing Dr. Chamberlain for my type I diabetes for several years, and my experience with him has been fantastic. He provides me with detailed information that helps me make appropriate insulin treatment decisions, and more importantly has helped me keep my hemoglobin A1C in the range where it needs to be. He is knowledgeable and answers all of my questions in a thoughtful and relevant way while at the same time not criticizing me for the occasional bad glucose day. With Dr. Chamberlain it's all about improving glucose control and doing the best possible. Although I've not yet interacted with her directly, I've heard from other patients that his assistant Kacie also provides excellent care through the same clinic. Having such wonderful health care providers at a single site has been of great benefit to me, in particular as a 60 year old type I diabetic.

Dr. Chamberlain is the best! Every time I have an appointment, he takes the time to listen and answer questions. I'm always impressed by how quickly he responds to emails to help with prescription needs or adjustments to diabetes management. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with fine tuning my insulin pump to manage my blood sugar levels. All of his staff members are very kind and quick to respond to requests.

I look forward to all my appointments with Dr. Chamberlain and with Kacie Doyle-Delgado. Both are so personable and share their own experiences, while listening to me talk about my things endlessly. I have learned so much from them, and have been helped enormously! My a1c went from a 9 or 10 down to a 7! They make me feel good about myself instead of feeling like I am a bad person because my diabetes isn't in perfect control. I love both of them and cant say enough good about them!!

Knowledgeable, empathetic (he has type 1) and 100% professional. He never makes you wait more than 5 minutes. Who doesn’t love that? He has changed the course of my life on a few occasions. Grateful for all he does for me.
