All of my three kids went to Dr. Cowan. He was the BEST doctor my wife and I could have chosen for our children. My kids are now 22, 19, and 15. Thank you Dr. Cowan from the Browns.

I’d I could give .1 of a star I would. He tried to bully me into getting treatments that I did not want for my kids. He refuses to give my son a referral for therapy, delaying his therapy treatment by 4 weeks until they can be seen. He was rude and gave me nothing. I’m contacting the medical board and anybody else I can call.

He didn’t use glove while checking for labial adhesion on my two-year-old. He did nothing to ensure the comfort of my child or my family. He insisted that we undress her when it was clear that she was uncomfortable and he began the vaginal exam without permission and, I repeat, he didn’t use gloves!!!

Dr. Cowan is THE BEST! He has treated my granddaughter from her first infant visit, over 14 years ago. She LOVES him and is dreading her need to transition to a grown up Dr. If she had her way he would be her everything doc.
He provides the best medical care and has a great love for what he does and the children and their care givers.

HE TREATED MY GRANDSON FOR MANY YEARS ALSO TALKED TO HIM ABOUT THINGS THAT A GRANDMOTHER COULD NOT EXPLAIN TO HIM. MY GRANDSON JUST GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE 05 11 2019

Dr. Cowan has been my son's pediatrician since birth and he is amazing. My son is now 4 years old and he absolutely adores Dr. Cowan. When he relocated to West Memphis, I didn't hesitate to run right behind him. He is irreplaceable.

Dr. Cowan is one of the best in his profession! He genuinely LOVES children and provides excellent care for my little one. He takes time with the child and parent to build a valuable relationship.
