Accompanied my mom to her appt with Dr Dennison. She had been dealing with excessive swelling of her knee for 2 months with no luck with primary Dr. as to the cause, so she decided to see a specialist. This Dr. was far from special; not very welcoming and made us feel like we were wasting his time. No bedside manor whatsoever; condescending attitude and very sarcastic. Basically, if you're not there for a surgical procedure, then you are of no use to him--that came across crystal clear! Even if he couldn't help mom, he could have just advised or suggested nicely a place that could. This guy needs to go back to medical school and learn the importance of patient care and compassion, obviously he was absent from class on the day that was covered!! Look elsewhere, you won't be disappointed.

Doc in a box
Spent literally 2 minutes in the room with me, really downplayed the severity of my injury according to other doctors I saw after. Every time I asked about a symptom I had as a result of the injury he just keep saying “that’s not my area, you’d have to see another type of doctor.” Did not feel at all confident in him and ended up going to someone else as I felt like he was just trying to get through as many patients in a day as possible.

If I could leave a negative Star I would. Saw him at his clinic for a knee issue after a fall. Extremely unprofessional with his comment "why would you come to a walk in clinic if you couldn't walk in" Being older, I thought would he say that to a 17yo who broke his ankle at soccer practice. Ended up being sent to ER and 2 days later admitted to hospital. He was called to come consult 3 days in a row and finally got a reply that he would see me upon my follow up in the office. No he won't! This is the 2nd rodeo with Dr. Dennison as 3 years ago was sent by him to hospital for IV antibiotics for sever cellulitis in elbow. Admitted on a Friday, called him for consult each day and it took 4 days for him to show. By then I needed surgery to remove the infection from my bursa along with necrotic tissue. He may be a good surgeon, but professionalism, personality and bedside manner...NONE! Will never return to this clinic or office

He is the most arrogant Doctor I have ever met. He has no sympathy for your problem or condition and very little for pain. He is abrasive and gives the feeling that you are nothing more than a "bother" to him. You get the feeling that he can't wait to leave. He shows obvious irritation if you ask him more than a couple of questions. Maybe he lacks confidence in his orthopedic knowledge and surgical abilities. Nothing like the many orthopedic doctors I have been to in Boston and New York.

Dr. Dennison is one poor excuse for a doctor- pompous, arrogant, nasty. He has a terrible terrible attitude on self importance. No patient should have to put up with this guy.

Saw Dr Dennison for frozen shoulder. He was annoyed when I wanted to speak with him versus his NP or Pa. Office person who handled mri's was down right mean when I needed mri done out of town due to work commuting.

Assistant gave me an expensive piece of equipment that my insurance company pays for. Time with the Doctor? Shortest time spent with patient ever. "Live with it", he said. You can go to Syracuse for surgery if you want. I might as well have consulted my hairdresser.

Dr Dennison is a true professional. He explained my problem to me and what my options were. I then made an informed decision. A classy touch is that he took extra care in protecting my tattoo. Thank you Dr Dennison.

Dr. Denison did my moms hip surgery. It was very nice to have a caring Doctor with good bedside manners. I seem it's very hard to find a doctor like that these days. He made my mom very comfortable with his care and compassion he showed. His office nurse Michelle is also wonderful. She returned my calls every time. She made sure my mom had her pain meds when she needed them and is a very caring person. She helped me by just being compassionate and having kind words. I highly recommend them
