I can’t say enough about Dr. Dillard and the quality of care he has provided to me. He spends time to discuss my options and what’s best for me and not his pocket. All I can say is this man has made me feel better by using science and not pure medication.

Dr. Dillard has seen me a few times regarding my hip pain. I’m fairly a new patient that thinks the world of this physician. He has provided me with different types of home exercises and stretches that have been beneficial to my recovery. Since working with Dr Dillard and physical therapy I am able to go for walks with my grandkids. His knowledge of the human body is light years ahead of any other doctors I have been to. He spends the proper amount of time with his patients and is sure that I totally understand what is going on before I leave. Thank you Dr.

I first phoned Dr. Dillard. Initially, he was a bit rude and abrupt but considering he is supposedly an expert in chronic illness and pain, holistically oriented and accepts Medicare, I overlooked his unpleasant demeanor and scheduled an appointment. During the first session he had a scowling face the majority of the time and a very arrogant, know-it-all attitude. Although there were a few moments of humanity, Dr. Dillard generally displayed an obnoxious personality, bullying my mother and me, especially when we asked questions, and denigrating the medical industry and the reception staff in the practice where he rents office space. Foolishly, because I was (and still am) desperate to feel better, I submitted to the one test he recommended and made a second appointment to go over the results. This time Dr. Dillard showed his monstrous self, not even making an attempt at civility, displaying a loathsome look on his face when my mother and I encountered him in the elevator and shortly

An arrogant physician. Went on a tirade about the regulations imposed on docs today practically stating he'd rather be doing something else if he could. Complains bitterly about insurance payments (or lack thereof). He suggests a treatment that's administered by injection but doesn't keep it in his office to give to you. Complains to the patient when a medication needs pre-authorization and all the work that entails. Is always late for appointments. Pompous and very unprofessional.

In 2005 I suffered a severe cervical injury. I had 3 pain mgmt doctors before Dr. Dillard. My treatment plan was to write out a script for strong pain medication, and that was it. My appointments took about 45 minutes. 44 minutes I waited and then about 1 minute wit the Dr. I am not exaggerating. Dr. Dillard has been a life changer. He sits with you, and discusses new ideas. He prints out dittos on new things pertaining to your pain. He is persistently looking for new ways to reduce you pain
