I have colonoscopy appointment done in 2021 and they took a biopsy for testing. I have follow up appointment with Dr Fong and he told me there no results because my biopsy was lost and I can retake it in 3 years 2024. So the issue is I never know if I have colon cancer or not and all that time, suffered, discomfort before and after colonoscopy procedures it went to waste. This is not acceptable and I’m upset.

Terrible experience with this doctor. My other doctor no longer works at this location which I found out only when I showed u po for my appointment and dr fang came into the room instead of my doctor. He never touched me, then put me on a new medication without telling me what the medication is usually used to treat and its side effects. He also changed my current medication and never bother telling me that he was doing so. He is also rude and doesn't seem at all interested in what I had to sat.

Horrible experience! Went in for pre colonoscopy visit. Dr. Fang bragged about being the leading specialist in the removal of flat lesions. When he found one during my colonoscopy, he apologized saying he didn't have the right instrument to remove it so I had another colonoscopy! How can you be a leading specialist and not have the tools to do your job? After both the 1st and 2nd colonoscopy, Dr Fang left without talking to either me or my wife and didn't complete his post/op note.

I spent 75 minutes waiting for Dr. Fang to tell me I have IBS. He gave me no advice on how to treat it or eat healthier. Like other reviewers stated, he is only in this business for the $$$... Never see this doctor!

He has an incompetent staff, and despite excellent credentials, it appeared that Dr. Fang is far more interested in scheduling procedures than trying to diagnose and care for patients. It is unfortunate, as I believe he is probably very competent. He certainly appears intelligent. However, there are aspects of his behavior that I believe not to be in the best interest of doctor or patient. Unfortunately, I feel it necessary to find another specialist.

Terrible! A total disaster......poor bedside manner, limited grasp of English language, no prior directions concerning instructions of procedure (colonoscopy) or after care,no compassion, rude, long waits, no followup and after 3 days of not eating/ drinking the medication/ he failed me on the procedure stating I would have to repeat it!

I do not recommend Dr. Fang. He spent 90% of the appointment describing various insurance plans. This is fine if your main focus is insurance; however, that is why he has a billing mananger. When seeing a doctor, the focus should be about the patient's health and not whether or not they have a good insurance plan. In my case, I have very good insurance, but he was still trying to convince me to do a Saturday procedure which would not have been covered as well as if I did it on a weekday. He was

Been to his office a few times. He was 40 minutes late on average. He was very impatient answering our questions. He either had no knowledge about the subject or had no interest because he didn't get paid answering questions. He only seemed to be passionate when trying to talk me into doing more tests where he could make money out of. Overall, an unethical, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. Avoid him if you can.

Visited 4 times, including a procedure at another facility. Always late for office visits, never apologizes or even acknowledges wait time. Does not fully answer questions. Doesn't prepare before entering exam room.
