He wouldn't listen when I told him what I needed and was generally disconnected from our discussion. The practice was run like a mechanic's shop and was not anything like it used to be years before when a local doctor owned it. Surgery was ok and vision improved, but regret I went there.

Not to pleased with how my cataract surgery ended up. I felt the whole process was rushed and a closer review of my vision needs was not done. I ended up with one eye so overcorrected I have to wear glasses and the other eye under corrected. I even paid extra for the Eyehance package, the only option offered to remedy is a painful PRK procedure but I am not confident after the first outcome to let them have another shot at my eyes.

Had an emergency room visit on a holiday, Dr Fox was on call. He was great and we really appreciate his help.

Dr. Fox and the team at Icon are amazing. Highly recommend Dr. Fox if you are in need of eye surgery. I am 5 days out of surgery myself and I feel great and my vision is great! I cant believe how well my recovery has gone! Dr. Fox and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to me. I felt very prepared for the surgery even with my nerves. Everything went exactly as they said. The clinic itself is very clean and runs efficiently. Staff are friendly and responsive. Because of the nature of the business, it's unlikely that you will find Fox & staff warm and engaging. You are hustled in and out and boom, your eyes are done. But you will have the best outcome you could wish for! I have 20/20 vision now and never thought it possible again. Initially, it will strike you that you are in a factory...and you are. All in all, it's a remarkable practice and if you keep your sights on great vision, you are in the right place. He's quite amazing.
