Excellent Experience with Exceptional Care
This was the best doctor’s appointment I’ve ever had! Every detail was taken care of during my very first visit, including scheduling a in-office procedure for the following week! This office has perfected the patient experience with the ability to provide a scan during your appointment… and share the results with you on large screen during your exam! The entire team is caring and dedicated to the patient. I've struggled for years with severe sinus and ear pain, often accompanied by debilitating migraines. Dr. Gordon, Sandra PA, and the entire office staff have not only shown exceptional knowledge but have also created an environment where patient care and comfort are the top priorities. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail make a difference. Thank you, Dr. Gordon and your staff, for making a lasting impact on my health and well-being!

Awesome Doctor!
Dr. Gordon is awesome. I coughed for 7 months saw my PCP 5 or 6 times tried everything. My first visit with Dr. Gordon and he diagnosed me within minutes! He explained everything in detail as well how the procedure would go. I was back 2 weeks later. While doing the procedure he explained what exactly he was doing and had me look at the tv screen to see exactly what he was doing. After the procedure he sat in the recovery room with me and my husband for a good 20 minutes and just chatted. His beside manner is something most other doctors should take a lesson from.

Dr. Gordon changed my life.
Becoming Dr. Gordon's patient was life-changing for me and I have the very highest regard for him. When I moved to Arizona in 2010, I was referred to his practice for treatment.  He discovered that I had suffered a severe loss of hearing which was impacting both my home and work relationships.  Although surgery was an option, it was not my best option as there would be little or no return of my hearing on a permanent basis. Dr. Gordon was able to fit me with a single hearing aid initially then later with a dual pair as my hearing began to fail in my other ear - both times working with my insurance carrier to get the best possible outcome for me.  As a single parent of two children, he restored our quality of life (both mine and my children) and didn't break my finances.  I was able to appreciate music again, hear the birds singing, and I was no longer having to ask my children or coworkers to repeat themselves.  He is always focused, attentive, caring and considerate of my needs.

I wouldn’t know. My appointment has been rescheduled 3 times An appointment that is literally months away is being rescheduled. This last tome they didn’t offer a reasonable explanation or an alternate physician. If there is something drastic wrong I’ll be dead before i get to the doctor.

I had chronic sinus infections, but didn't want surgery. I was interested in a balloon procedure I had read about in the wall street journal. I discovered that Dr Gordon does these procedures. He reviewed my case, and was willing to perform the procedure. The procedure took less than an hour, and was almost painless except for the anesthesia. Everything went so well that it was over before i knew it. Its been a year, and I haven't been sick since! i have my life back thanks to Dr G!

Doctor Gordon helped solve problems for me that several other ENT's couldn't find. He's professional, dedicated, and caring. I'd recommend him to anyone with persistent problems they've been unable to find relief from with other physicians.
