Dr. James Green Jr, MD

I was refused treatment from Rush hospital for a serious infection and told they wouldn't waste their time calling in the doctor I needed. Dr. Green was that doctor. From the first visit he rushed me into surgery to save my hand. He worked with me through three surgeries and got me better. Most of the treatments were outside the box which many other doctors wouldn't go that far. I am grateful to him and his staff. He listens and cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. Green!!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU SEE THIS GUY!!! YOU WILL BE MUCH BETTER OFF!!! I would give a -5 if I could. He was more concerned with preaching to me than he was with my broken foot which cost me in the end.I broke the 2,3,& 4th metatarsals 9 weeks later and my X-ray looked the same as the day I broke it. He told me the X-ray “looked more dramatic than it was”. I had to go to a different ortho and he saw that two joints were displaced. Joints Dr. Greene missed!!! Now I’ve found out that had he not missed those displaced joints I could have had surgery to repair my foot but now there’s nothing that can be done and I will live in pain the rest of my life! If you want a doctor to be DISMISSIVE of you, NOT read your X-rays correctly, and NOT give you the care you absolutely need no matter how “DRAMATIC” your injury, then Dr. Greene is the one for you!!

Dr. Green always takes time with all his patients. Doesn't matter young or old. He's the best.

Dr. Green repaired a bad rotar cuff tear in my right shoulder over a year ago. I relocated to Fallon, NV where I got a home that need major repairs. I was able to repaint most of the rooms myself. I now cut my yard with an electric mower & am able to maintain all regular home chores. I am now 74 years old and I thank God and Dr. Green for his fine surgery done on my shoulder. He went above & beyond in explaining x-rays, what had happened & what he was going to do to correct it.
