Hes is absolutely aweful. He works from home, has a private number, it makes it an impossibility to contact him. The receptionists aren't reliable. I called 2 times...3 and 2 weeks in advance to get a prior authorization on my meds...nothing was done and my meds ran out. He doesnt look at your history. He just needs to retire.
