My husband and I are originally from Dallas where there are an abundance of doctors, and Dr. Hayes has been our primary Care doctor since we moved to Tennessee 25 years ago, and no matter how busy he is, he makes you feel as though you're his most important patient, and I should know because I've had 6 major surgeries, i.e., seen a million different doctors and he's a rarity in this day and age of Healthcare. We're extremely blessed he's our doctor and would follow him to the moon, if necessary.

I’m highly satisfied with this doctor. He takes time to listen to my questions and concerns. Pro note: make a list of questions so you don’t forget anything. He also will look up my records and explain what other doctors didn’t explain. Very reassuring! I would highly recommend him!

Dr Rand Hayes is the best Dr I have ever went too. He has been my PCP for over 20 years and he is great! You will never find a more caring and compassionate Dr than Dr. Hayes.

Dr. Hayes is truly the epitome of great medical care. I have never met a doctor with more compassion and genuine concern for his patients. He spends all required time with his patients, even when his time is so hard pressed. In 15+ years, there was never a time I felt he wasn’t thorough. He stays on top of the newest medical information, and his knowledge of medications is beyond comprehension. He has cared for my entire family and was a tremendous comfort when my parents passed away. My father felt he was like a son and we all trust him completely. I hope he knows how much he is appreciated and that Acension St. Thomas realizes how lucky they are to have him on their team. IF he ever decides to retire, it will be a loss felt by many. Make the appointment and keep it. You won’t regret it. He is worthy, non judgmental, funny, and kind, but most of all, intelligent and serious about giving the best medical care.

Dr Hayes has been my Dr for almost 5 yrs ..he is always kind, caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good PCP.
