Dr Hurowitz
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. Very opinionated, simply is wrong most of the time. Will argue with you and will be combative. Does not take your problems serious.

The Best
Dr. Hurowitz is simply the best. I moved from the New England area 17 years ago and still miss this doctor and his incredible knowledge. Yes - he is very smart and that can be off putting but that’s what I want in my doctor. I find that there are people that want to be babied and these are the ones who primarily whine about his jumping ahead of their conversation but if you are a patient who needs someone to determine what is the issue he’s the guy. All the best Sam

This man has changed my life. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, but he’s helped my health so much that I can finally live a normal lifestyle. All you have to do is follow his instructions. He genuinely cares about his patients! I’m so grateful to Dr. Hurowitz and Ive recommenced him to many people. He makes time for sick visits and tries to help in any way he can to make your life easier. Never have I experienced this from your typical hospital doctor. Thank you, Dr. Horowitz, you changed my life!!

This man has a god-complex. He doesn't listen, won't give you a copy of your records (says he doesn't want his patients looking things up on the internet). As a patient you have the right to a copy of your records. You also have a right to know exactly what tests are performed and the results of said tests - not a hand wave and "everything is ok". When he can't find a cause he says it's all in your head - really? This man is very arrogant doctor and I would stay as far away as possible!

Does not listen to you. Only wants you to go to his specialists, even if you trust the one you've been seeing for years. Refuses to listen to you, and will cut you off if you try explaining why you're seeing said specialist. His staff are all highly rude, and they don't give you a courtesy reminder of your appointment. Charges you 150 for a missed appointment, no excuses. Absolutely asinine place. Will not be returning.

I went to the doctor my first visit and he did not request my records. He instetaaked rapid fir E questions about my health barely listening. He discounted my GERDS diagnosis demanded I stop seeing a specialist for that and insisted on weening me of my ambian and omneprazzel prescriptions. He advised me of his new dosage but changed his mind after the appointment and gave me 1 week supply treating me like a drug addict.

Requires frequent visits as well visits, seemingly to rack up insurance claims. Requires you to go to specialists only he refers to and will chew you out if you go to a specialist of your choice. Would rather handle all your medical needs than let you see a specialist even though it is not his field of expertise. Orders thousands of dollars of lab work at each visit, perhaps unnecessarily. Misdiagnosed me, prescribed medication that worsened my condition.
