Yesterday Dr. Ip performed a Cardio Ablation to correct PVC’s that I’ve had for many years. From our first meeting a few years ago to the day of the procedure he was confident that this treatment would cure the condition. Dr. Ip is a world class clinician and very pleasant man. I felt confident that I was safe in his hands.

Dr. Ip really went the extra mile for my family member. We got the date of the appointment wrong so showed up without a scheduled visit, and despite that Dr. Ip stayed in the office late and saw us after all his other patients. I can't express how much that meant to us. He answered our many questions, never once rushed us, and even took extra time to draw diagrams to help us understand his explanations. He treated my family member with respect and professionalism, even though I'm sure he must have been tired after a busy day of clinic and wanted to get home on time. At a time where my family member was stressed and anxious, Dr. Ip provided compassion and a sense of reassurance, which was greatly appreciated. Aside from all this, he is clearly knowledgeable and a very good communicator about his field. We really appreciate his excellent care.

I’m very pleased with the care and knowledge of Dr. Ip. He was recommended to me by my cardiologist who coincidentally uses him for the maintenance and and interpretation of her device. I recently had an incident which required his evaluation to diagnose a complicated problem . He explained the situation so I understood exactly what occurred.

Dr.Ip is on the forefront of cardiac knowledge. And takes the time (rare) to get to know his patient and ask questions that show he cares about you. And explains and doesn't rush. His support staff is professional and helpful and very thorough. Great experience.
