Dr. James Jablonski, MD

I am extremely pleased with the way Dr. Jablonski takes the time to listen and explains conditions plus treatments.

I have quite the extensive medical background with a few chronic issues. In my first visit with him, he took his time listening to my history, asked questions and was an informative two way conversations. What really stood out is that he discussed a plan of action, what his goals would be and next steps. It seemed to be a very proactive approach, not reactive to when I have an issue only. I'm actually excited about my decision in changing Dr.'s vs. an apprehension that often exists.

Had my first appointment today with Dr. Jablonski. He really took a lot of time with me, asked many questions, and really listened. I found him to very thorough and genuinely concerned about my health matters. I hope he's going to be here a good long while., After being treated by (it seems) at least 100 doctors throughout my A.F. career, I'm anxious to have a fantastic doctor I can have some longevity with. I believe and hope he's the one that will provide me with excellent healthcare for many years to come.

Dr. Jablonski is amazing! I have not had a primary doctor for years and had a recent medical scare that put me under his care. I always hated doctors because they are uncaring and act like your a terrible person because your not a tri-athlete. Not Dr. J.! He is an amazing caring person that really wants to help. He asks about my family and job, and how things are going every time I visit. He takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand. His kind compasionate care puts me at ease and makes it a joy to visit the doctor again.

Dr. Jablonski is a phenomenal provider and as genuine as it gets. He continuously goes out of his way for his patients. I have been under his care since 2015. Each appointment I’ve had, is always met with his time, concern, follow up and making sure he’s answered all questions and given a plan for every reason/symptom deactivated during your visit. I have never felt rushed, belittled or disregarded with him. Instead he empathizes, acknowledges and addresses each topic in detail. He makes himself available for urgent matters regardless of his schedule. He follows up to inform his patients of results or updates, his nurse Lisa is also a rock star. You could not find a better team. 6 states and all areas of medical physicians, Dr Jablonski is and will always be my favorite and most valued physician!!!

Dr. Jablonski is a skilled, caring physician that has been one of the best care managers we have ever been associated with. Dr. Jablonski goes out of his way to ensure that my wife's medical issues are cared for, and works with us to find the best treatments. Dr. Jablonski makes me feel that I have a full part in determining the best course of care for my medical conditions, as well. He is patient, and ensures that we fully understand all of the medical and treatment information.

He tries to maneuver the situation by putting a fear in you that you have to trust what he is saying at all times when it comes to your health. He gets social workers to turn up the heat in the elderly and disabled patients rooms and he over prescribes pain medicines to older adults and disabled so that when they sit in a chair or lay on a bed that the social worker can and will inside a hospital claim for Dr. Jablonski that the person in question was awake and alert and will have someone do so
