Been a very long time patient here. The last year or so I have noticed it going down hill. The last time I was in they did an annual test. They said the results were horrible. The Dr. that saw me even started talking about how people have severe consequences..losing limbs and everything! You can imagine how scared this made me. Recommended I go to a specialist, which I ended up doing. Had the same test with very different results. Not one thing wrong. Tried to call Dr. Jacobs office to talk to them about this and no one ever called me back. This place is a joke.

Not impressed.
My PCP referred me to Dr. Jacobs for sore toes resulting from hammertoes. I spent about 5 minutes with Dr. Jacobs as he explained foot surgery. He did not ask my medical background, what meds I took, why I wore leg braces or what I had done to self treat. Beware of foot xrays and a rushed test for PAD before you even see the doctor. This doctor is more interested in $$ than his patients.

Not the first time seeing Dr.Jacobs. But the last. First off he was 35 minutes late coming into the treatment room beyond the 3pm appointment time. Then after treatment he said he would give me a prescription. I asked for a written that I could take to the pharmacy but he insisted that sending it electronically would be quicker. Went to the pharmacy twice, they never received it. More of my time wasted. I called the office and like always got a voice mail. They never answer, its always wait for a call back. I am still waiting on the call back regarding my prescription. Nice guy but the service is non existent.

Dr Jacobs is excellent. I have now had two surgeries with him and I have been extremely pleased on both occasions. He takes time to explain procedures and answer questions. He always has a smile for his patients. His office staff are very friendly and professional. Waiting time is always short and he runs pretty true to your appointment time. Would recommend him to anyone needing help for foot issues.
