NEVER AGAIN
I would never go back there, He did back surgery on my lumbar and later on I started having trouble, couldn't even do physical Therapy from being in pain, had to get another Doctor to redo the surgery cause the metal he put in there was moving around. he just wants to throw meds your way as he says let me twerk with your meds. never again I had a 2nd surgery to redo what he done, but I shouldn't have had to. thankful the other Doctor took a chance on me and redone the whole thing new metal and all... And had to go out of town to have it done. I'm not the only one who has voiced their opinion on his work. But that's my opinion, each its own story.

My son-in-law was hurt on the job and Dr. Jolley was one of the doctors that the workmen's comp company recommended. I suggested Dr. Jolley because I had worked with him at Erlanger when he was a resident. Apparently, I made a huge mistake! He operated on my son-in-law's lower back and after months of physical therapy, he is no better. He gave him an impairment rating of 7%. My son-in-law cannot bend over from the waist, he cannot walk long distances without being in severe pain and he cannot do his previous job as a tow truck driver. He was hurt on the job through no fault of his own and he gets a 7% impairment rating. Dr. Jolley was a huge disappointment and my son-in-law is not the only patient who has had problems with him. I will not be recommending him to anyone else.

Spine Stimulation success
Everyone was super nice I have a brain injury and everyone was patient with me I am slow to understand things but things were explained very well. Dr Jolly restored the use of my arm when a disk slipped in my neck and caused me to totally loose the ability to use my arm. He got me on fast and did as sick replacement. With PT I got my arm back He has done 2 back surgeries, replaced 3 cervical discs and placed a spine stimulator that has worked wonderfully. He has done numerous epidural injections that take my pain level from an eight to a one where I can ride my horses and do my llama shows. I highly recommend Dr. Jolley for anyone suffering back and neck pain.

I had him install a paddle in my spine to correct some problems with the standard percutaneous leads attached to a spinal chord stimulator. He NEVER scheduled a follow-up appointment to discuss the procedure. Now, I know why ... he placed it in the wrong part of my spine, and it never worked. Now, I am having a REAL Neurosurgeon in Knoxville do a revision and it should be fine. Also ... a few weeks after the surgery, the incision opened up and was seeping blood ... I called first thing the next morning, and his PA had me come in the day after that. She looked at it, and sent me to a lab to have tests run to see if there was any infection ... she NEVER even bothered to put a band-aid on it !!! Can you spell QUACK !!!

Dr Jolley will only speak to his patients once they are in pre-op. I had 2 spinal surgeries , which did not correct the issue, and I saw dr Jollley 2x. I didn't research him until after surgeries. Too many unsuccessful surgeries. Go to a better doctor for your spinal issues

After having severe leg pain for over 2 years, I am finally pain free! Dr Jolley was very informative re: my 2 surgeries, and his staff is the best! Dr Jolley did 2 back surgeries on me. I still have some back pain, but that is normal at 7 weeks post-op. It's great to walk again without pain!!

After two surgeries in three years, the original pain is still untouched and all this office says is it’s a process. Neither surgery provided the relief they described and now they want to point to a third problem area. The staff forces themselves to appear friendly but it’s quite obvious they have no real concern for the individual.

Dr. Jolley and his staff have always gone above and beyond the norm to help me and my family. He has done back & neck surgery on me as well as many epidurals and has done surgery on both my brother and father. He does not let insurance issues stand in his way and has always gotten us into surgery right away. No waiting for months on insurance to catch up. One day I could not lift my arm, he replaced a disk in my neck and a few weeks later I had full function again. I also no longer need a cane.

I have had back issues for quite some time; normally a chiropractor to help me. This time, not. So we did research and found Dr. Jolley! We are immediately pleased with him and his staff. My surgery was very successful, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing spine surgery.

Dr Jolley did my surgery on march the 3rd and everything he had told me went as planned. My surgery was very successful and everything is fixed and I am having no pain. My pains in forearm and in my fingers are gone. I feel like a new man. He preformed surgery on my c4-7. I have no regrets. If I ever need spine surgery I will definitely see him again. He is an awesome surgeon. Thanks Dr Jolley. Steve
