Unsatisfactory
Not a good experience. The initial visit with Dr. Judge didn’t address my issue. He took a few toenail samples yet gave me no opinion or offered any solution then abruptly left the room and never came back. His assistant came in and said I needed to make an appointment in a few weeks for follow-up. No availability until the second week of January! Not acceptable. I called to discuss and the office manager was difficult to reach and wasn’t helpful. She said they’re seriously short staffed. After explaining the situation to my physician they urged me to give Dr. Judge a second chance. I explained this to his office and was able to get an appointment today due to a cancellation. After being in the waiting room an hour the receptionist told me the doctor refused to see me as I wasn’t satisfied with the first visit. He suggested I go to a different office. Needless to say I will not go back and I’m on the search for another podiatrist. Going to Dr Judge was a total waste of time and money.

Dr Judge indicated that my feet did not hurt otherwise I wouldn’t be wearing flip flops. I took that as him telling me I was not being truthful. He didn’t really address my issue, gave me no diagnosis, or offered no solution. He abruptly jumped up saying he would be right back but never came back. The next thing I knew his assistant came in and said I needed to make an appointment in 4 weeks to see him again. This was confusing since I didn’t know anymore then I did when I came in. Needless to say I will not go back and I’m on the search for another podiatrist. Going to Dr Judge was a waste of time and money.
