Poor experience at Olympia Multi-Specialty. Scheduling was a nightmare and then once I got my appointment, Dr. Julin was very short and abrupt like I was an inconvenience to him. The nurse staff was unprofessional and the office was ancient, and not clean(dirty carpets, old paper on the table from previous patients). The nurse was going too fast, missed steps, and was grumpy. She did not listen well. She was on her phone messaging and texting while performing an EKG, skipped steps we had to go back and complete later. I could hear Dr. Julin on the phone with a provider very agitated and angry on the phone in the other room waiting for scheduling, then, when he returned to the general area where the nurse station and I were located, he was rude to his staff in front of me, stating "your only job is to tell me where I need to go, so who is next". This was a very poor experience. I'm going to be looking for an alternate cardiologist in my insurance network to avoid this practice.

I have seen Dr. Julin annually for about 12 years and my daughter was a patient of his for 5 or 6 years. I have found him to be very attentive, candid, and personable. He certainly has substantive knowledge of my condition (A-fib) and has provided excellent care. His staff can be a little cranky at times, but the doc himself is someone I have a lot of trust in.

Excellent. I’ve been going to him for years. Very honest and straight forward. I can’t imagine him treating anyone badly.

I left Dr Julins office very frustrated by the way I was treated. He was rude to me and his staff. Made derogatory remarks about the medical facilities where I came from. I left there with him saying there was nothing wrong with me. I went to another cardiologist a week later (in another facility, who took the time to find out that I did, indeed, have a heart attack and I will be going in for an angiogram this Monday. He was horrible!
