He was always understanding &spot on. To far away.
He pressed to understand. Asked appropriate questions. Tried meds that he thought would help. Sometimes they did, others did not. I believe that he &I traveled the maze of mental illness as a team. Unfortunately, he is no longer in my insurance “network” and I am faltering a bit. But that’s on the insurance failure. When I had nowhere to turn, I took a chance and called him pleading my plight. He set me on a good path.To those who are disgruntled with his attention, I feel you are expecting too much too soon. There is no magical cure for mental illnesses. You need to work hard for a long time, then work everyday at getting better. Good luck to you

Didn't listen. Lied that bipolar is treated with a mood stabilizer and an antipsychotic instead of a mood stabilzer and an antidepressant. Didn't care that mother and father physically, emotionally, and psychologically abused me my whole life. Didn't care that Parkinson's runs in my family and Dopamine Antagonists would be a terrible idea in that situation as they cause parkinsonian symptoms like the permanent Tardive Dyskinesia that I have now as a result of his lack of caring or concern. Repeatedly assisted my life long abusive parents in involuntarily institutionalizing me. Violated my HIPPA rights by discussing my case with my abusive parents and medical providers I signed no release for. He seems very incompetent and a danger to anyone he "treats."

He is a horrible doctor. I wouldn’t allow any living thing see him for treatment. He does not listen. He is a big LIAR! He doesn’t remember saying something rude. All he does is write prescriptions. Not everyone wants prescriptions. He needs mental help himself. Doesn’t take the time to listen to you. Mental health is very important these days, he is not the doctor to see. Maybe if he took the time to learn more about a patient and listen to them. What a joke!! Dr. Kate’s if you read this go back to college and learn all about mental illness, also learn about being honest and not going back on something. You are such a LIAR. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
