Dr. James Kelly, MD

Dr. Kelly is Very Smart, knowledgeable and skillful in his field. He attempts to make you as comfortable as possible prior to procedures that may cause discomfort. He's friendly and kind and shows compassion to his patients. He's diligent in his work environment.

Dr. Kelly has been my pain management physician since 2012. He and his staff are friendly, professional, compassionate and kind. The wait time is rarely more than 15 minutes. I believe this is because Dr. Kelly takes the time to LISTEN and explain rationale for pain and all interventions. I have had many trigger point and epidural injections. Each has been performed with a professional and compassionate approach. All with good results. I dread the day he retires. I have been a Registered Nurse for 41 years; always an observer of physician behavior, skill and treatment of patients. Dr. Kelly far surpasses other physicians in his philosophy, approach, compassion, professionalism and skill. He also has a wicked sense of humor!

Excellent dr. Listens and is amazing with SI joint injections...he makes them relatively painless!!

Dr. Kelly has been my pain physician for about 9 - 10 yrs. Dr. Kelly and his staff have always treated me well, even when I am grumpy from my pain issues. Real professionals, and I rarely have to wait more than 10 minuets to see him after I arrive. Has helped me immensely!

I visited Dr. Kelly's Community Pain Management office for shots in my neck. The shot couldn’t be scheduled earlier than December 23, 2017 because Dr. Kelly had a vacation scheduled. The 2d shot wasn’t scheduled until January 11, 2017 as a result of this delay. The delay caused me to pay $150.00 more for the 2d shot on top of a new deductible out of pocket for the new year. The doctor's office could care less and refused to take off the $150.00. I would recommend a different doctor.
