He was rude and arrogant. When asked to explains what was told to me so I could understand Dr. Kenney would get agitated. I went through brain surgery in 2007 and I tried to explain that he would have to slow down and explain things he cut me off in mid-sentences. I would not recommend him to anyone. I thought that Drs was supposed to listen to their patients.
