Wonderful office staff? Especially Diana, Dr. Kunkel's medical assistant. Very knowledgeable and helpful. All the girls there are wonderful. And Blake the receptionist too. Best dermatology office ever!

Dr. KUNKEL has the worst billing service I have ever experienced. We paid our bills in December 2023 but continue to receive statements from his billing service still!We have spoken by phone and documented by email with the billing service that these invoices have been paid yet we continue to receive statements.When we contacted Dr. KUNKEL's office, he would not take our call and he does not wish to share an email for contact. His office manager said she was aware of the issues with the billing service, as was Dr. KUNKEL, but the doctor 'does not care'.Dr. Greta is wonderful.and I wish she could continue being our dermatologist.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kunkel's for over 20 years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's knowledgeable and personable, and he doesn't miss a thing. He's taken great care of me through the years.

this is a continued review: I had called to speak to the Office Manager who was very rude to me on the phone. Her name was Melinda. I told her what happened to me during my appointment and she told me she did not believe me that this man would NOT do something like this so I asked to speak to Dr. Kunkel and she told me he was unavailable I asked that she please have him call me, I never heard a word from this office again except for my bill.

I had surgery performed by a dermatologist who did not remove all the cancer from my forehead. Another dermatologist examine me and made some pretty serious recommendations that would involve plastic surgery to repair any additional damage. I called to see if I could meet with Dr. Kunkle for a 2nd opinion. I don't know who I talked with, but it couldn't have possibly been an employee. Who would hire someone so disrespectful? I actually wonder how he keeps his present patients.

I saw this doctor 2 months ago and was very, very pleased with the doctor. He was very friendly and seemed very caring, and explained things to me. Also followed up with a house call to see how I was doing. As for the staff, they were wonderful. Very nice and friendly receptionist named Bethany, the doctor's assistant Diana wash very nice and knowledgable, A very nice and efficient doctor's office to deal with. Would highly recommend it. Best dermatology office. Great experience!

I called ahead to say I was going to be 10 to 15 minutes late and they told me to come in anyways so I rushed over and I got there 15 minutes later and was very apologetic and the front desk lady was very rude to me and told me she would reschedule me which I am fine with and I understand, but her attitude was so hostile and rude. Her name was Bethany and I'm sure her employer would like to know how she treats patients. I should not have been late and understand but not the rudeness.
