awful experience
I read that Dr Loehr likes to "influence the vaccine hesitant." Well, by doing so he caused my family considerable emotional and financial turmoil. Another provider in his office (who has since left) told me that the office policy (run by Loehr) was that medical exemptions were not to be written (per office policy). As a confused parent who wanted to do the "right thing" I was pressured to give my child with autoimmune predisposition - vaccines that resulted in autoimmune encephalitis- this resulted in no help from their office (was told to seek an expert), and a feeling of desperation. Thank God my child is doing well now, but this experience resulted in my complete distrust of the medical profession.

Dr Loehr is a deeply kind, present and conscienscious family doctor. He always takes the time, a sorely rare thing now. In the twenty seven years we have known him we have had no complaints about him, but that he is so much in demand. The kind of care he gave to us and our children is what I will always be grateful for in a general practitioner. Thank you Dr Loehr

Dr. Loehr is a new doctor to Cayuga Family Medicine and has replaced the Doctor I have been going to for years. When I called a prescription in for my inhaler the practice did not respond to my drug store request for a renewal. I was almost out and again I tried and so did the drug store. I spoke with someone who told me that I would need an appointment before they could renew it. I told them that I should have been appraised of this and scheduled one for the following Tuesday. The person with whom I was speaking told me that they would fill it because I had made an appointment. Before I left the store Dr. Loehr called back to the drug store and requested to speak with me. He proceeded to tell me that I had not treated his employee well and I should find another physician and he was cancelling my appointment on Tuesday. My response to this was, OK that's fine. He then told me that he would send a registered letter to that effect. I did receive the letter next day & s 2nd sinc
