ALWAYS late, very slow, "worst" Urologist I ever visited & there have been a couple. He is uncaring & very unprofessional!

Very tardy (he was about 65 minutes late for my appointment). A bad listener as well overbearing and arrogant. I definitely would never go back to him.

I'm very happy with Dr. MacDonald. True, I waited a long time in the exam room for my initial visit, but as is my custom I brought a book and did not mind the wait. I did not wait long for my second appointment. I feeI I am in good hands with Dr. Mac and will definitly continue to see him.

He is extremely bad at time management. Today I was his first scheduled patient although he saw someone else ahead of me. Then he went back to his office to make some personal phone calls. I left after 1.5 hours waiting.

Dr. has poor time management and refuses to accept comments from pts. In my case my brother was recently foley cathed. Was in ofc and urine was dark and cloudy..and full of puss. PA refused to culture despite my repeated requests to her and the MA. Brother ended up with sepsis 2 days later and hospitalized. I shared with this numchuck that the neurologist AND the PCP felt his seizures were related to the chronic UTIs and Dr. MacD poo pooed it. NEVER RETURNING!

MacDonald doesn't seem to care about his patients PERIOD. He doesn't care about time management (his or the patient's), doesn't care about imparting information to the patient, doesn't care about answering your questions even if you've been diagnosed by cancer, doesn't care about modesty (I spent nearly 20 minutes in the stirrups waiting for his arrival while his support staff entered and exited the examination room, doesn't care about reviewing pathology reports....need I say more?

This guy should find a different profession. My original appointment was canceled less than 24 hours prior. I showed up 30 minutes early to the rescheduled appointment as requested. 35 minutes later I was shown into a small windowless, magazine-less exam room. After 55 minutes in the exam room, Dr Macdonald shows up and when I expressed my frustration with the situation, he suggested that I find another doctor. Needless to say, that is what I am doing. I would not let this guy touch me.
