Dr. James Marzec, MD

I have been a Physical Therapist for 30 years and when my wrist needed surgery, I selected Dr Mazec. The proceedure went flawlessly and I'm very happy with the results so far. Dr Marzec is detail driven, patient focused and also a nice person. I was in great hands!

Dr James Marzec has exceptional knowledge not only in the mechanics of Orthopedic medicine, he also has great knowledge of the whole body of health as it is directly related to repair recovery and prevention of injury. It was my pleasure to have met him after seeing his staff for pain in my right shoulder. He examined me, ordered Xrays and an MRI, after full consideration he determined that I was in need of Orthopedic surgery of my Right shoulder. I am well into my recovery (3 months) he has directed me into the 'Do's and Dont's of medication use, Cryo cuff use, arm Sling and of course physical therapy. I did have reservations about having a marjor shoulder repair but the pain out weighted the recovery. I would recommend Dr. James Marzec again and again!

Dr Marzec performed surgery on my knee recently. The surgery went without a hitch & the recovery was exactly as he predicted. Dr Marzec is never in a hurry. He gives you details & is there to answer any questions you may have. I definitely recommend him as a wonderful doctor.

I have had surgery on my one knee with a group that I felt like I was on a production line. They did not ask me any questions, there was a tear and lets do surgery. Then I ended up needing meniscus surgery on my other knee and was referred to Dr. Marzec. What a difference. I was met with a doctor that wanted to know what led up to me having the tear. After PT and MRI I found out that I had a tear on both sides of my knee. Dr. Marzec explained what the process entailed, the recovery time, and what I needed to do to prepare for this in depth surgery. He actually knew whom I was every time I went in to see him as well as the staff. I would recommend Dr. Marzec to anyone whom needs orthopedic care.

Have seen Dr. Marzec over the years for numerous problems. He has always gotten me straightened out. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and I have never left wondering what to do next. Highly recommend him for any orthopedic issue.

Had some shoulder joint pain. He accurately diagnosed the problem and explained how this occurred. Then got me into physical therapy which worked. No more pain and full range of motion came back. Great doctor I highly recommend him.

Dr Marzec was recommended by my PCP for a shoulder problem. My first visit was standard; pain, where and how long. After an MRI, he suggested surgery, but left the decision to me. He answered my never ending questions with patience and care. From start to finish I was confident in the care I received. The surgery went smoothly and the staff at the med center were excellent and a positive reflection on Dr Marzec . His concern for me as a patient continues as I recover and finish rehab. I would definitely recommend Dr Marzec for any orthopedic need without exception.

The absolute best !! ... Dr Marzec was fantastic to have as my orthopedic surgeon. Throughout the entire process: the office visits that I had, his diagnosis, the surgery and the then post op appointments - Dr Marzec and his staff were truly amazing. Dr Marzec is extremely knowledgeable in his field … he listened to my all of my concerns and questions and he was very clear with his explanations in words that I understood. I continually felt that I was in the most capable care possible both before and after my knee surgery. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery.

Dr. James L.Marzec is awsome.Went to him for carpal tunnel, he did surgery and all went well . In beginning couldn't feel much with my fingers ,after surgery I am able to feel stuff fingers are not numb,and I am very pleased with the outcome. Hey Doc, I will be back soon for the other hand.

Recently had arthroscopic surgery on my knee to repair a torn meniscus. Dr Marzec was very thorough in his diagnosis and completely explained the entire procedure beforehand. i knew exactly what to expect. i was walking virtually pain free within two weeks.

Dr. Marzec performed meniscus surgery on my right knee. Everything went great and was back to playing golf within 7 weeks. Everything he went over and described to me before the surgery was almost 100% spot on.

Choosing Dr Marzec for my rotator cuff surgery was one of my best decisions. From day one he outlined the time frame of pre-surgery therapy, Surgery, and rehab therapy after surgery. The time frame was right on. Now I’m back enjoying one of my favorite sports, skiing. Thank you. Matt Chartrand

Office is neat and clean, staff polite and professional. Always greeted as I walked in door. Little if any waiting times. Wonderful doctor. He treated me for a frozen shoulder and I almost all my range of motion back, still in PT. I would recommend to everyone needed orthopedic consultation.

I recently had rotator cuff repair. Dr Marzac was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and has excellent bedside manor and made me so comfortable. I am 4 1/2 months post-op and I cannot believe how amazing I feel. And my incision sites are immaculate. I would highly recommend Dr Marzac.
