Excellent service
My wife and I went on a walk in Torrington and she tripped on a bad section of sidewalk and fell fracturing her jaw and had to go to the ER. They referred to Dr. Massey and he did an outstanding job of explaining the treatment options, surgery or wiring jaw or not and no surgery. He recommended the second option for her and she has sucessfully healed. We are thankful for his help and for the results.

My visit went pretty well. It was very busy the day I was there however I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. The nurses were friendly. Dr. Massey was kind and straight to the point. I got in, got my problem resolved and left.

I did not find Dr. Massey or his office to be very willing to show concern for my symptoms. Dr. Massey did no do a good job of reviewing CT results with me. All I got was “your CT was impressive”. Not specific about what it actually showed. When I had a follow up CT scan it took his office 12 days to finally call me with the results. It was his nurse that called and she had no clue as to what the CT showed. Just got “it showed improvement”. I will be getting a 2nd opinion from a different Dr
