My mother had stage one very curable cancer. A month after finishing treatment she started having terrible pain was told it was lingering affects of radiation. Was told she was cancer free only to find out 10 months later it is stage 4.

Terrible. Pretentious. He and his office missed critical lab work that showed sudden increase in tumor markers. These markers indicated a rare and aggressive cancer. We found these randomly one day when we looked on the portal. By then it was too late. The cancer had spread outside the surgical markers. There was absolutely no remorse, no ownership, no accountability from Mosley. Just Blame. He blamed the staff, the lab, and the computer system. Our family never got one apology or anything close to ownership. And even worse, his progress notes were a complete lie. Please beware. Be your own best advocate. Steer clear. Find a reputable oncologist. Read reviews. Don’t just look at the rating. Read. I’m in the medical field. I know how this should work. He messed up more than once. This will come back to bite you doc.

Dr. Mosley negligently missed my dad's crucial lab results, revealing tumor markers. It was solely due to my mom's vigilant eye as a nurse that we discovered it. It was too late. At 54, my dad, my best friend, could've had a fighting chance if not for Mosley's oversight. I pray that his current and future patients take caution proceeding under his care. The devastation inflicted upon my family by Mosley's error is immeasurable. I promise I will not stop spreading awareness of his incompetence to as many people as possible. Readers, do not make the same mistake we did and trust Dr. Mosley to begin with.

Run far away
Dr. Mosley called my father to tell him he is all clear after being in remission for 2 years. But knowing Dr. Mosley is not trustworthy, my father checked his lab work on his portal where in fact it showed that his cancer has returned. With further investigation, Dr. Mosley has missed multiple labs and has misread CT scans. Because of this, my father’s treatment and care has been delayed countless weeks. He did not ask us any questions nor make time for us to ask him questions. We immediately left this practice and sought much better care. I would not recommend ANYONE to Dr. Mosley.

He blew off all of my questions, didn’t make eye contact, and was very dismissive as I asked question regarding my mother’s care. He downplayed my concerns and rattled off percentages indicating how easily treatable this cancer was. He was bored and too good to deal with us. A little over a month later my mom died. There was no indication death was an option. I hated him the moment I left his office and hate feeling he was equally dismissive of my mother’s questions as he was of mine. Now she’s dead and I’m way too young to be without a mom. He’s so cocky. For what?

If you don't want to live long then by all means have Dr. Mosley as your doctor. His God complex did not set well with me when I watched him show no emotion while telling my mother she would die in a very short time from her BREAST cancer and turned out it was MELANOMA. While she ultimately passed away, I know it would have been A LOT sooner if I would have allowed him to give her chemo treatments for breast cancer.

Don't Trust Mosley – Oct 02, 2020

I was originally treated for breast cancer in Chattanooga, TN. When I relocated to MO I started seeing Dr. James Mosely III. I was very disappointed with his exam as compared to the exam I received in Chattanooga, TN. In TN they would always feel my lymph nodes around my neck and under my arms as well as a breast exam. Dr. Mosely never touched me beyond listening to me take deep breaths. $70 is a lot to pay to have someone listen to you breathe.
