I have had 5 ear surgeries over the span of 30 years so I kind of know what I am talking about. From what I can tell Breathe Free ONLY does balloon sinuplasty. It doesn’t matter what your issue is they will try to tell you that balloon sinuplasty is the answer. Well it didn’t cure my problem and it took me another 3 months to find a practice that did a simple and cheap 5 minute procedure that cured my hearing issue (Thank You — Central ENT Consultants). Lastly, you better have great insurance if you deal with Breathe Free. My insurer paid them $13k for their 40 minute balloon sinuplasty procedure and on top of that they billed me an additional $13k. $26k for an outpatient 30-40 minute procedure?!? I won’t even get into the fact that I waited in the operating chair for 90 minutes for the doctor to arrive and he seemed to ultra busy to fish with me so he RUSHED my procedure as quickly as humanely possible. The doctor admitted to me that these balloon sinuplasty. make him rich.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Oberman?
Dr. Oberman is amazing. After visiting another specialist, who didn’t do anything a specialist should and just gave me an antibiotic and said come back in 2 weeks, Dr Oberman did everything under the sun to find out what was wrong. We found a, of course, rare syndrome and he knew how to proceed. He and his team then fought for me with the insurance company as they wanted to deny the surgery based on it’s rarity and their lack of knowledge therein. Surgery was flawless, and recovery was swift. All subsequent follow ups have been great as well. Fantastic bedside manner to boot. Thank you!
