Very good manner and took the time to talk and explain everything to us.Only down side we waited over 2 hours passed your appointment time.I can understand the wait but maybe the office should schedule longer appointmentstimes. I can understand it was not the Dr. fault.

Dr O’Brien is attentive and kind as always. I felt that my concerns were listened to and guidance was given. I wish the appointments were less rushed. However, I did not have good experiences with the rest of the staff during my most recent visit. Please address the attitudes and professionalism of the registration and medical assistant staff. For example, texting at the checkout desk, not acknowledging that patients were standing in line, and generally rude tones while speaking. I am looking at other practices for more options as this issue has been getting worse over the last few years.

He was extremely thorough in explaining everything to me. He was polite, kind and very professional.

I found Dr. O’Brien Very easy to talk to, very relational, and put me at ease about the upcoming ablation. Follow up visit , he was clear about medications and recovery times post ablation. He clearly has a lot of experience in his specialty which creates confidence in the patient.
