Inconsiderate staff
I never got in to see him after a long drive there. His staff confirmed my appointment the day before my arrival. My daughter had to make arrangements to drive me many miles there and back home.We were told on arrival that he was not in and my appointment would not take place. I asked why they did not call and inform me so that my driver and I would not have made the trip and waste the gas. The receptionists did not seem at all concerned!Dr. Palazallo is an excellent doctor and has been the doctor who has helped me in the past when my asthma was so out of control. It is a shame that his patients are dealing with such treatment by staff.

Staff not considerate or helpful in handling crisis calls. I needed to get in for treatment as an emergency and they said they were booked and could not work me in and They were booked for days to come. I realize the doctor does not always know what goes on at the front desk, but I decided to find another doctor, hoping they had better office practices.

We've never actually seen Dr Palazzolo just his PA. It's always several hours of wait time at each visit. Don't make other plans that day.
