I have no problems with the doctor. I believe he is very capable. My gripe is with the wait. I waited over an hour to be examined. Unacceptable!

This was my first visit and I was made to feel like a long lost friend.. The staff was all wonderful. Dr. O Neil is very thorough and I have all confidence in him.. thank you all.

Dr. O'Neal was very thorough which I really appreciate. His staff was very helpful and very attentive and very concern about my health. In times like these, it's good to know there are health care workers that care!!

Wait time was a little long, but very happy to have found Dr. O'Neal after moving to this area and looking for a doctor to diagnose and treat me. I highly recommend him.

Was very pleasant office.easy to find.slightly confused during check in proceedures.both drs were assuring and informed us of what needed to be done in an easy to understand way.

Took care of me early on a Monday morning after I spent a weekend with a bloody nose that the docs in Conroe Regionsl’s ER could not stop. Caring, responsive, and effective. What more could anyone ask for?

Dr. Oneal is very caring and professional. Spends time explaining things and very helpful!

Doctor changed online appointment from 2PM to 8:45AM. Then I had to wait in examine room for 45 minutes to see him. No apology or explanation from doctor. If the roles had been reversed, the appointment would have been canceled and charged a no-show fee. Doctors need to respect patients time just like they want their time respected. Their time is not more valuable than their patient’s time.

It was great and all staff was incredible as is all my visits to Dr Oneal. Thank all for being so great

just had sinoplasty procedure 9/2019. i can not give enough star ratings... all staff was kind and helpful no long waiting and answered every question i had. this goes for everyone i came in contact with rather in person or on the phone. dr. oneal is exceptional at his profession from the beginning conversation till the end. i was told horror stories about this procedure from other people (not related to dr.oneal) just the procedure, and i will tell you none of it was true... i had no swelling or pain at all. hardest part for me was feeling congested and not being able to blow my nose for a week.. all normal.. i will highly recommend dr. oneal to everyone, he done an awesome job....... i can breath again..... thanks dr.oneal

I am so impressed with Dr. O'Neal! For 2 yrs I have had a chronic problem that other doctors were unable to diagnose. I even made a trip to Mayo and still no answers. In one visit Dr. O'Neil did his exam ordered scans and discovered the problem. He listens to you and he cares, so thankful for doctors like this.

On time, pleasant and answers all questions to the hearing impaired patient.

It was cancelled! First, I spoke to someone on the phone in June and made an appointment for a first visit. The week of, I called to confirm the day/time and was told I didn’t have an appointment! That was the first week of July. So I wasted a month! The scheduler said your were closed that day to call back. So I went online and set up an appointment only to have them call later and say I had to see my primary doctor first for a referral. I do not need referrals to go to specialists. I informed she lady that I have not seen my primary here for the problems but that I have seen numerous doctors, including my primary, an allergist and an ENT in the past so why do I need to waste an extra co-pay plus insurance money for a referral that is not required. And she said the appointment I had made was not for a first visit, but it did not say that online. I am more irritated than words can say! I have wasted nearly two months TRYING to get in to see you!

Dr. O’Neal is amazing! He made my entire experience easy and comfortable. 5 stars to the office staff as well.
