Dr. James Phelan, DPM

Dr. Phelan took care of my feet, and I feel like I can run again.

I had the worst experience. When Dr. Phelan was checking on my toe, he grabbed a sharp equipment and did not say anything. I had to stop him and ask what he was going to do. He did not tell me anything of what he thought was wrong until I asked him questions. They told me to expect a call from him or office for my results. It has been one month and nothing. I called them and left a message, but they do not pick up or call back. I even asked when they were open to come in but when I came to the office it was closed. I would not recommend coming here to see the doctor. They even put patients appointments in a hand written planner and not even on a computer.

Dr.Phelan and his wife are awesome.I would see them again.but ad far as the person answering the phone,I have never seen a doctor's office that does not call u back and this is not the first time,I've called them this time over a week ago and have yet to get a return phone call and had surgery on my foot a few weeks ago and I am having problems.
