When a potential patient calls and ask are you accepting a certain type of insurance and accepting new patients and the receptionist was extremely rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she needs a new job if she can't be nice to strangers on the phone.

I have been a patient since 2000. Dr. Poist delivered my two daughters. He is a fantastic doctor and his nurse, Becky, is wonderful also. He actually sits down and talks with you. He's very caring and always remembers to ask about my children. He remembers their ages and where they go to school It's a big, busy practice, so if you miss your annual, you'll have to wait several months before you can reschedule. However, at my last annual, I was in and out of there in 30 minutes!

I have used Partlow-Harbon group over 30 years. Dr. Poist has been my doctor for over 10 years. He always has a smile and warm greeting, talks to you during the exam, answers any questions, and makes you feel like your health & well being is his number one priority even at times when the office is packed and he may be running late because of an emergency or a birth. He finds a way to make every minute count.
