Personal and responsive assistance
My wife needed medical attention when we visited from Wisconsin. Dr. Reed was referred by a friend of ours and he was kind enough to see her as a favor. He saw her, assessed her issue and remedied her problem. Along the way he called her on several occasions to see how she was progressing and healing. I agree with all the ratings. Dr. Reed is top notch, caring, attentive and professional. I went in with a huge dental abscess and he was so kind and helpful. I still haven't gotten in with my dentist to take care of the rest, so thankfully Dr. Reed helped me extract what he could because these infections can be very dangerous and fatal. THANK YOU so much Dr. Reed for helping me during this really difficult, painful and stressful situation. I appreciate you and the Pinnacle urgent care staff!

I went for an infection in my finger to the Pinnacle Urgent Care located off of 75th St and the doctor who saw me was James W. Reed. Highly recommend him, he took care of my finger with professional care and was so sweet and compassionate. I really appreciate it thank you so much.

Dr James Reed IIII is Very Caring, Attentive, Professional & has a Great "Bedside Manner" !! He Went ABOVE & BEYOND, and Really Listened & Took the Time to Talk with Me about My Concerns during my Urgent Care visit. He was also Very Respectful, Kind and Down to Earth...The Kind of Doctor Everyone Loves & Trusts !!! Thanks Dr Reed !!

I have not been a fan of Pinnacle but I was impressed by Dr Reed when he attended to my urgent care need. He was engaged in learning my issues andhistory regarding the issues and instead of dismissing me with a script like Pinnacle usually does, he made sure he corrected everything there on premises that Pinnacle was capable of providing- and did a great job- followed through with a course of action and followed up the next day personally by phone to answer questions I had. Happy he was there!
