This office is all about the money and not about the patient. They insist on a copay every single time you walk through the door. 3 days between visits and they want a copay. We refused to go back and funny, the doctor he sees now doesn't charge for recheck visits under 30 days.

He takes him time explaining any issues you have. Asks if you have any questions or concerns. Very friendly. Everyone in the office is.

While Dr. Richmond comes with years of experience; his staff is lacking both in diplomacy, customer service and sense of urgency. You speak to one member and get one answer.. another... another answer. Took greater than 9 weeks to have medical records sent to another provider. There is a sense that this office "milks" insurance and does testing that has been noted to be overkill. Glad I made a switch back to a competent office.

I have been seeing Dr. Richmond for many years. I really think he needs to be more selective about his front people and billing personnel which can be very rude and disrespectful to patients. It’s all about money, while there I heard elderly people being talked to rudely. I saw a man come in who almost fell in parking lot be turned away because he was late my husband helped him back to car. I am very disappointed in services and as a RN who ALWAYS PAYS HER BILL I won’t go back.

Our dad's appointment was for 2:30 and was not seen until 2 hours later. The visit lasted 3 hours. We, his family, are paying a home care aid by the hour and over 2 hours sitting in his office is unacceptable.
