Dr. James Ruppert, MD

All this, and I have not even been seen yet! I am not rudely ignored on the phone, his staff ALL seem very nice.. thus far! I have yet to meet Dr Ruppert, however I’ll report back as I truly hope I’ve finally found another GREAT primary care provider!

Dr. Ruppert seemed genuinely interested in my health. He's gotten me all the help, pharmacy and specialist referrals in a timely manner.

He will not see you in person. Talks down to you. Office staff except Amber is VERY RUDE. Now he wants you to do what he says or believes or find another Dr. That is what I was told today. I can not eat plant base, which he pushes, due to an illness that prevents me from eating soy. I have had 2 family members have died from complications of the vaccine. Get vaccinated or you cant see him. Oh and he had covid the day of our phone appt. He didn't care do what I say or find another Dr. Lucky for me I have found a Dr that will see patients in person.

Horrible doctor. Avoid him! All he is good for is prescribing a plant based diet and sending you for routine tests which he provides no results for. Very judgmental of people!

Horrible experience,a very an experienced physician. He would simply print some information from google and print it for you to read, and the only medicine he knows about is ibuprofen. He is most likely get help from google . No personal experience. Waiting in lobby for hours and no body cares.

I came here for the first time and I had work obligations that day that made a tight schedule for me. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork, a half hour after my appointment time, I was still in the waiting room. I asked about the likelihood of getting out of there in 20 minutes or so and was informed without empathy that there were still 2 people ahead of me. I am just so tired of other people's time being more important than my own, I just left and never saw the doctor.

I had to switch medical insurance companies from Kaiser to Anthem Blue Cross. Dr. Ruppert was a suggested provider for Blue Cross. I have to say that I got lucky when I selected Dr. Ruppert. He explains things thoroughly and is an advocate for a healthy plant based lifestyle. I also appreciate his staff. They are easy to speak with and have been willing to jump through hoops when I had issues with my pharmacy to get medication.

Dr. Ruppert and his staff are great. all my concerns and issues are always addressed quickly, professionally and compassionately

The only reason dr ruperts office gets 1 star is because dr ruperts ok and a nice guy. If that was my office heads would roll. His office staff does not care about there patients at all. My blood work order never gets to to lab the first and second time. I have a lump on my lung that has to be monitored and the order never gets there. By the way I'm also disabled. If you want to get your time wasted and possibly die go see dr ruperts staff.
