Bad communication and customer service
I moved to Kansas but haven't found a dr. yet and I have waited over a week for Dr. Samuel to refill a medication that I need. I have called the office 4 times and no response from Dr. Samuel on refilling. Not pleased with his communication or customer service. He is still my doctor until I find a new one. I am beyond frustrated with why he won't fill my prescription. My patient records have not been transferred to anyone new at this time. I just saw him at the end of March and he has been filling this for the last 3 years.

Caring and Professional Doctor!
Dr. Samuel has been my doctor for some time now and I can truly say that with every visit, he truly cares and takes his time to ensure that I am healthy, cared for, and taking care of myself. The appointments do not feel rushed and his staff is friendly as well. Very rare but very grateful to have that service here! Thank you for providing excellent patient care Dr. Samuel.

Dr. Samuel recently became our new doctor and I was extremely happy we chose him. He is very professional, answered all my questions and spent time with me going over my medical report. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an excellent doctor.

I haven’t spoken to dr Samuel personally, but i know his staff member, Dee is truly the best staff member he’s got. She’s compassionate, she is kind, she listens to my concerns and can relate to what I’m going through right now. She is a blessing to your office. Thank you, Dee!!!

I work in a medical office and I was returning a call from Dr. Samuel's the nurse about patient's clearance for surgery. The answering system is terrible. I spent 10 minutes giving all my office information, all patient's contact information, why I was calling. After waiting for the operator to type all the information I was informed that they would forward the message and someone would call me by the end of the day. This is a call from Dr's office to Dr's office in regards patient information!
