Dr. James Schlenker, MD

Dr Schlenker is an extraordinary doctor. He is deeply caring and compassionate, thorough and highly skilled. I have a condition that doesn't have an easy remedy and he is going to extra lengths trying to help me find the best possible solution, especially since my genetic syndrome involves my whole body. I am so grateful for him.

Dr Schlenker honestly is the best doctor I have ever seen, and I'm 60. I wish there were more doctors like him. I feel he is extremely knowledgeable about his area of expertise. His approach to treating me was without flaw. I was reassured by his calm manner and his concise way of answering my questions. It really made me confident that going forward with my surgery was a good thing for me to do. I was surprised at the speed and skill he used to do the surgery, and he closed the incision he made perfectly. Looks great and is healing fast.

I felt that Dr Schlenker was attentive to what I was saying. He also took the time to explain the options and the reason he was taking the next step of ordering the test he did. He has excellent "bedside manners"!

He is the best doctor I have ever had

Excellent communicator! Very kind and patient. I really apreciated the way he pulled up my x-ray and gave me a detailed explanation to address a question/concern I had about a questionable vascular injury.. Follow up care with OT was clearly communicated, and I was very reassured to have a follow-up appointment scheduled with him.
