What a nightmare. Bad knee, severe pain. Understand I CANNOT get pain meds. Did not try to help with pain, no recommendations other than, ask PCP or Pain Management Dr. I have neither. He was very rude, uncaring and unprofessional. When I called to get a note for work because of my knee, he refused to do so unless I had surgery.

Dr. Sherrell has replaced both my hip joints and did a superb job without complications. I am also scheduled to have him replace my right knee joint. He listens to me during the interview session and I have had very good results from surgery performed by Dr. Sherrell.

Dr. Sherrell replaced both my knees in 2017.
It has been 5 years since He did my left knee, and almost 5 for the right. I am so thankful for the outcome. He, and His staff were great, and the surgery was / is LIFE CHANGING. I am grateful for His talent and expertise. Thank You.

Follow up is awful. Clearly only interested in $$

Rude. Didn't listen to me. Been almost 2years and my knee hurts worse now than it did before replacement. Pops, and swells. Would not and have not recommended him. .

Would never recommend, did not listen to me about where my pain was, treated me like I was stupid, got mad because I went to chiropractor when his associate sent me. Had my family doctor order MRI of my hips, showed I had multiple hip problems. I told him my hips hurt, he stressed it was my back not my hips, MRI showed it was my hips. Went to TOC, Dr Ivie,best ortho in Knoxville. Had to have surgery on both hips. Sherril is rudest Dr I have ever been to. Never recommend KOC!
