The older woman at the front was very rude. I had been calling multiple times a day for a days and no one was answering my calls. She was rude and said no one was in the office. For almost a week? Wow. Then she made it seem like I never left a voice-mail when I did. She was very rude about that as well. She wouldn't let me talk and kept interrupting, asking if I was a new patient. If she would have shut her mouth for 2 seconds and listened, she would have heard me say multiple times that I was trying to make an appointment for my Husband. She gave me a "list" of doctors accepting patients, since Dr Spychalski isn't, even though everywhere online, even the BCBS app states he is. No one on her list is accepting new patients. So thanks for the list that did nothing for me. And thank you for your terrible attitude. I'm glad my Husband won't be going to this office.

Takes time to listen and explains options and procedures thoroughly. Works with you as a team.

Dr Spy has become part of my family. It's amazing to have a doctor that listens, takes time with you, and gives exceptional care. He will even draw a picture of something to explain it better to me or my children. You just don't find family doctors like this anymore. I'm so glad I found him. My family and I have been patients close to 20 years

Dr Spychalski is a physician who takes time to listen to me, explains things so I understand. In fact I trust him with my very life. I know he will do everything to help me maintain my health. If he doesn't know a definite answer he is willing to help you obtain that help elsewhere. He is AWESOME. His staff are always helpful & friendly. I am a very fortunate patient.
