I have been seeing Dr sturm for many year and I think he is one of the most caring pain management Dr's that I have ever had. He really cares about causing you as little pain as he can when he gives the shots in the spine. He is a amazing pain management Dr .

Dr. Strum is a fantastic doctor, however, his office staff are very condescending, snooty and entitled. Last month I waited for 45 minutes in a room by myself until I opened the door and complained because the dr and his staff were just chatting outside the door. The dr came in and I explained I was in pain and was sorry for being rude. He said he understood, no problem. Today I showed up for my appointment and was told they will no longer see me because I complained at my last appointment and that causes the doctor stress and they can’t have that. They said they called but I never received that call or message. I take high pain meds and have for several years and they just cut me off without notice because I complained about how long my last appointment took to see the doctor. Not professional at all. Beware everyone!!!

I've been going to Dr. Sturm for several years now and I have never put up a review. Shame on me. He has been a wonderful pain management Dr. He's helped me tremendously by understanding just what I'm going through. I highly recommend Dr. Sturm. And his staff is excellent. They are on top of any problem that I have...such as an insurance problem.

Dr. Sturm has been treating my family for years now and he is a great physician who really cares about his patients. He doesn't drop patients without reasonable cause. He has diagnosed cancer in a family member of mine. He will run MRI and CT scans to find the true problem. I cannot say enough positive things about this doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr.Sturm for years now. He is a pleasure speaking with. He answers all of my questions in detail. He gives you all the options explaining the pro &con's of each. He is not only extremely knowledgeable he takes the time to help you understand your options. Unlike most all other doctors who want you in and out and to just go home and google what it all means. Dr.Sturm seems to genuinely care about his patients. Although he does perform major medical procedures, he's not going to rush you in surgery until it's the best option for you. I trust him and his judgment on treating my medical condition and I say that with all sincerity. To say that I would highly recommend him is a understatement. The only thing that needs improvement is the time it takes to get information back/to the pharmacy and insurance in a timely manner. I've noticed changes to staff recently so I'm betting that gets rectified quickly too. For that to be my biggest issue should really say it all.

In my opinion, Dr Sturm's focus is solely on money. He did Supartz injections on both of my knees. The injections didn't help at all and I went to see my orthopedic Dr. Both knees need replacement. They were too far gone to have ever done Supartz injections. Between the insurance and myself, Dr Sturm was paid handsomely! I have asked for my copays to be refunded, no response. I was subjected to painful procedures and risk of infection, I thought a Dr swore to "first do no harm".

Dr.Sturm: Both my wife, who has suffered with extreme back and neck pain since having complicated back surgery in California, and I who suffers from terrible knee pain, have been seeing Dr. Sturm for nearly 5 years. He, and his staff are EXCELLENT! Dr. Sturm, has given us both a "New Lease on Life.". We, for the most part, have been pain free. Dr. Sturm, understands the process of total examination first, then treatment. He is the BEST! Ron Dunn & Susan B. Donovan

I saw Dr. Strum last December for pain management. My claim forms have yet to be sent to my provider insurance company. The insurance company has contacted his office numerous times and they claim the forms have been sent. Also on my first consultation with the doctor he recommended that I get a lawyer because I may have problems in the future. He also stated that "he gets more money if I have a lawyer. He even gave a business card of a lawyer he recommends. Unethical advice.

I've been seeing Dr. Sturm for more than 2 years and I hope I never have to see another doc other for all the things that are going on with me after all of my surgeries. Dr. Sturm is amazing. He takes extra time to do a few x-rays if necessary or give an injection even if I'm not there for one. He LOVES my little girls and my girls love to go see Dr. Sturm. I think he's one in a million and will and have recommended him many times.

Dr. Sturm is wonderful and I highly recommend. He is always up on the newest data and medical techniques. I cannot say enough positive words about how great he is. Most of his staff aren't friendly or helpful. They are even rude at times. When you call, they almost never answer and you have to leave a message and then usually don't get a callback. If you call in with an emergency, they just say no appointments for a few weeks instead of going and talking to Dr. Sturm about it to see what he says
