Dr. Toussaint was friendly, thorough and professional. He spent time explaining and listening to my issues. I liked the way he explained to me what I needed to do to feel better. I have worked with several gastrologists in North Carolina. Dr. Toussaint and his team performed two procedures. I was comfortable and prepared without any problems. Followup with my husband was thorough and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Toussaint

Charlotte Gastroenterology & Hepatology appears to be more interested in preserving the doctor's patient base & pocketbook than protecting the patient's health. My only experience with Dr. Toussaint was for a routine colonoscopy over 2 yrs ago, with no abnormalities noted. When I called for appt with a doctor regarding a possible issue, I was told I woul have to wait 4 mos to see Dr. Toussaint. Other doctors in the office were available in less than 2 mos, but I was not permitted to see them

Dr. Toussaint came highly recommended to me by a good friend who is a nurse who works with a group of gastroenterologists. He is very caring and gentle. I have recommended him to many people. I first saw him 15 years ago and when my son needed a gastroenterologist, I wouldn't have considered anyone else. Love him!

When my son first got Crohns at the age of 15, I went through at least 5 doctors that were clueless.Finally found Dr. Toussaint and he figured out the problem and has been a blessing to my son for twenty years now.I would never go to any other as long as he is practicing medicine
