Dr Turro takes his time with each patient. He explains so you understand. Always has a smile on his face, great Dr. His staff is just as great friendly and kind.

Outraged
Refused to see me or talk to me even though i was preliminarly diagnosed with Ludwig angina at an urgent care center. this type of infection can be fatal if not treated correctly and immediatly. I was in great pain and had significant swelling of the throat , under my chin and under my tounge. But he thought because my problem probably resulted from a dental encounter I should go see a dentist. i went to the hospital emergency room on my own

Best of the Best!
I will admit I am a complicated patient as I've been battling disease for 12 years now. Dr. Turro is the best Doctor I have been Blessed to have in all 12 years! He is a the most caring, polite Doctor anyone could ask for! He spends the time needed to help, not like Doctor's who rush you in and out and treat you like a number. The staff is also Excellent and very caring! I would give 10 stars if I could. They have never let me down! You will not be disappointed!

I was one of Dr. Turro's original patients at Mount Kisco Medical Group (he inherited me from Dr. Russell who retired). I had expected Dr. Turro would be my primary care physician until either I died or he retired. I miss him a lot, and believe rightly of wrongly that he left MKMG probably because the corporation came to judge even a senior staff member like him on patients seen per hour whereas he wanted to spend time caring for his patients.

Sadly Dr Turro continues to give addictive pain medication and anxiety medicine to our family member even though we have begged him to stop. Our family member was in a psych facility for almost a month. The facility wouldn’t give her any of these addictive medications because she’s been there at least 6 times for her drug problem but 2 days after she got out she went to Dr Turro who supplied her with her fix and then gave her something even stronger her next visit. Shame on you Dr Turro! Even the pharmacist called you to warn you about her when they saw what you were prescribing!

Needed a new primary doctor as I haven’t seen a doctor in close to 12 years. Was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Turro. He spent close to 45 mins with me, answered every question, was very thorough, and made the visit a pleasant experience. At no time did I feel rushed. Great experience and I highly recommend.

I'm a nurse so I do come across a lot of Doctors day to day. Dr. Turro is on of those Doctors you don't come across often. He is nice, understanding, nonjudgmental, and with a comprehension of medicine that put you at ease. That ease allows you to tell him about what you are there for in detail, and don't worry if you forget something, chances are he will ask you. He never makes you feel like a question cannot be asked. One word, "AWESOME." His staff consists of nice people that care. A+++++
