Great Dr terrible admin staff
Staff failed to send pre procedure instruction and then when I showed up for the scheduled procedure I was informed that I should have taken medication prior to getting there except a prescription was never provided so had to reschedule the procedure

Telehealth
The office was welcome and inviting. Staff was very very nice. And the doctor was very impressive. He spoke to me like a person not a patient. He explained everything to me very clearly so that I understood it well. I'm very happy with this doctor and will continue to see him as long as I need to. Thank you so much.

Very Professional, Experienced and Caring
I was very impressed with Dr. Tycast, he reviewed the paperwork I provided on multiple UTIs I have had for over a year. He really listened to me and was compassionate with what I have been going through. He was extremely informative and provided me with information I have never been given before. New Provider Specialist Urology
My PCP made a referral to see DR Tycast today. I was met with a safe and clean office helpful student in Victor; taking vitals, etc. Dr Tycast will run further tests for me. I appreciate his listening skills.
