Dr. James Wapshare, MD

Dr Wapshare in my opinion is the best pediatrician God bless us with. I have a disabled child and he was the Dr to find the brain tumor when the other Pediatric Dr bypassed it. He has gone above n beyond for my family. In all my years n I have dealt with many Doctors, Dr Wapshare is the Best. He leaves as the quote goes” NO STONE UNTURNED” hands on to you Doc. Darlene 8/22

Both my daughters saw him from birth till they aged out at 18 yrs old never once did I have a problem with him or his staff never waited more then 10 maybe 15mins over my appt time. He always took his time with them never rushed me out of the rm answered all my questions in detail in words that I could understand. I never experienced any of the things you said great man awesome pediatrician I've recommended him to quite a few people who were all satisfied and liked him very much.

Best doctor ever! All 3 of my daughters see him. Anytime I call they get them right in, my one daughter is special needs which requires some extra paperwork and authorization through insurance his office staff gets it done immediately. When there is a problem I can speak directly to Dr Wapshare. He is fantastic, has awesome bedside manor and easy to talk to! Office staff is excellent as well.

We've been going to Dr. Jim for 15 years! He's a great doctor and just wonderful with the kids.

He was highly recommended by a friend, I just wish I had listened sooner. He is wonderful! His bedside manner is fantastic, to date I have not waited more than 10 minutes past my appointment time and once I came early and was in & out before my appointment time. He did my sons strep swab personally because I explained to him my lack of faith in the rapid strep test. Overall I am beyond happy we switched.

I urge you to stay away from this office. I would give 0 stars if I could. Office is in poor condition. Dr. Wapshare is not up to date with what vaccines are required for school attendance. I had to go back three times (each time involved another copay) to get all the vaccines necessary plus a flu shot for my child. Office staff rude. Officially done.

He's unprofessional. Always!! has me waiting at least 30 minutes. Today I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes! This is a pediatrician!! My daughters were not having it. And to boot, the office and rooms are dirty. Dead flies on the window sill, layers of dust on the furniture, old fashioned and peeling decor. Not happy with his performance at all. I am changing doctors. Should you be shopping for a professional pediatrician, do not choose wapshare!! His goofy and friendly personality is not enough!!

Will be leaving the practice after giving it several tries. Have zero faith in Dr. Wapshare's judgement. Office staff can be rude.
