Wait times are too long for me
The office has a policy that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you must reschedule. I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, and then sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes with two others in front of me. I asked one gentleman how long he had been waiting and he said, “one hour”. I then went to the receptionist and mentioned the 15 minute policy for patients and her only response was, “Sorry. We has a lot of procedures today”. This is unacceptable to me considering the policy for patients. If you hold us to a certain standard, you should hold yourself to an even higher standard.

A truly wonderful doctor
Dr. Washburn is a true pleasure to have as a doctor. He is super friendly and down to earth, as well as a great listener. He took the time to give me my options and explained every thing to me, including aftercare. I could not be happier with the incredible service he provides, plus his office is one that actually answers their phone when someone calls. I highly recommend him, if you are looking for a podiatrist.

Amazing doctor and staff
Dr. Washburn is not only an excellent doctor, he is an amazing person! He truly cares about his patients and others around him. I have many feet (yes I said feet) problems and he is so caring and concerned to get to the root of my issues and fix them! His staff is also very kind and helpful from scheduling to checkout and everything in between.

Positive Experience
Dr. Washburn removed some glass from my foot. My experience with the office staff was pleasant and professional. The appointment was quick and I did not have to wait long. The removal went well and my foot is on the mend. Would revisit with any foot or ankle issues.

The receptionist checked with my insurance provider and clearly explained to me how much I would owe before she ever set up my first appointment. At my first appointment, Dr. Washburn showed me my x-rays and thoroughly explained my condition and options. He spent time with me and never acted as though he was in a rush to move on to the next patient.

I was referred to Dr. Washburn for a fracture, and he was able to quickly identify a significant additional fracture that required surgery and was missed by my primary doctor. He was informative, attentive, and patient while he explained everything. From my initial appointment, through surgery, and into post-operative care, he has addressed my needs professionally and never rushed me. He’s answered my questions, informed me of goals for recovery, and I find him to have a good sense of humor and refreshing bedside manner. I’ve dealt with several of his staff for different things: Hayleigh for appointments, etc; Cathy for assistance with physical therapy referral; Brittany for patient care, etc. Every time I’ve seen each of them they were polite, courteous, professional, helpful, and overall pleasant to be around. My family and I are thankful for the care he and his staff have provided me.

I went for an initial visit this morning. I have Medicare Part A&B as well as a BCBS Supplemental G policy. I have no copay but I do have a total yearly deductible of $198.00 The receptionist was pretty rude imo to start with, but OK maybe she was having a bad day. After taking my ID, Medicare Card, and BCBS Card to make a copy she asked if I had a Copay. I told her no I did not. She then asked for my BCBS card back to verify that. I sat down while she was on the phone with BCBS. I few minutes later she opens the window and tells me I have a $198.00 Copay. I told her no something is not right. She tells me that is what BCBS is telling her and I have to pay the $198.00 before seeing the doctor. I said I was not doing that and left. I called BCBS and talked with them after leaving and they called the office. They called me back and said that what they were doing was trying to charge my yearly deductible upfront before filing the insurance or even seeing the doctor.

Very sad and disappointed with the service from the auxiliary staff. I called and called for weeks on end checking back to see when they could schedule me for a surgery that I desperately need. I checked back so often that I could sense their annoyance. I soldiered on anyway because I am in lot of pain and am desperate to get it over with. I dropped my phone a couple days ago and had to buy a new one. The one day my phone was out of service, I missed the nurse's call and she gave away my slot f

Dr Washburn performed joint fusion on my big toe around 3 months ago. I was in chronic pain and had been seeing another Dr who told me there was nothing she could do for me. I have a while to go to complete healing but am so thankful I found him!! I simply don't believe you can find a better Dr!!

Dr. Washburn and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Since taking over the office, it has been remodeled and is very clean, Dr. Washburn is kind, patience, and considerate of his patient. He goes the extra mile to make sure he has done everything to help with pain and throughly explains the options available. He puts no pressure on you for a quick decision. He loves his family, job, and patients. I h e nothing but good things to say about this man. He is the best!

Dr. Washburn and Staff has provided me with the best, most successful Podiatric care that anyone could expect. After numerous trips to two different wound care clinics with various different clinicians with limited results and expensive procedures, I sought professional foot care from a single source clinic and found Washburn Foot and Ankle Center. I highly recommend Dr. Washburn and his staff for all foot care medical needs from basic maintenance to surgery.

I did research on Dr Washburn regarding his education and surgical background before I made my first appointment. He has excellent credentials, has a great personality, and very attentive to you. He is an excellent surgeon, and I am making a quick recovery from surgery on four hammertoes. I highly recommend Dr Washburn to anyone with a foot problem. The staff is very friendly and helpful also.

Made appointment three weeks earlier, arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment, waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged, waited another 15 minutes to be checked in (after being informed I had no appointment), then waited 1 hour & 15 minutes without a nurse telling me Dr was running behind schedule or anything. Once I decided to calmly leave & find a Dr that cared about his patients, I was finally told I was next. I said no thank you. I never received any apology. I do NOT recommend.
