He was very thorough and after two procedures decided to send me for skin graft and then did weekly follow ups on the procedure. Very caring surgeon. Cannot understand low ratings from others.

Wait times are ridiculous. Service was in and out and Dr Wharton spent 2-3 minutes with me at best. He had little to no regard to address my concerns and a Telemedicine video feed is not an acceptable way to diagnose and treat dermatological conditions- it was the worst service I’ve ever received from a dermatologist!!

I went to this Drs practice on January 29th & told both nurse practitioners & his staff I will be getting new insurance in February 1st so they need to run the tests before end of January which they did. I have a follow up in a couple of weeks go in there give them my new insurance card they don't accept it. They knew but never asked me when I was called for my next appointment & I had to walk out with my tail between my legs & did they offer to find another dermatologist? NOPE. Ty for nothing.

The waiting time at this office are absurd. A minimum of one hour, usually more. They schedule MULTIPLE people with the same time and then you all sit and wait. My husband has had a melanoma and a basal cell carcinoma so he needs regular appointments for skin scans. This office sent him a certified letter dismissing him as a patient because he had a $17 balance. They did not call. After YEARS of being a patient. Do not see this physician.

I have no real issues with Dr Wharton’s performance as a physician. However I have issues with any office that schedules multiple appointments for the same exact time.. This leads to long wait times for no good reason. His billing staff is horrible. They don’t even bother to call you if for some reason you do not immediately pay your bill. They send you a nasty letter dismissing you as a patient. I say good riddance.

Dr Wharton is one of the most caring and genuinely kind physicians that I have ever seen. He has treated me, as well as my two sons, and in each case he was terrific at explaining his diagnosis and treatment. His office is state of the art, and his staff was friendly & caring. I love that he offers both clinical dermatology, as well as aesthetic procedures and products. I would highly recommend Dr. Wharton
