I'm certainly not giving him 1 star for showing up an hour early to my appt. & thinking it's the provider's fault, that last review *smh*. I arrived on time. He's a great Dr. I was there to FUP from an ER visit & he explained things to me clearly & precisely in plain language that I could follow & understand, ran the appropriate tests to ensure that nothing more nefarious was underlying, the current state of my health was in order, & scheduled a FUP to ensure that the issue identified was continuing to rectify. It was my first time meeting him & as a female, I felt very comfortable even when I realized he was a thorough Dr. that recognized I was past due for my PAP & I wound up with my ankles in the stirrups under the dreaded "butt light" in front of a total stranger. I was really pleased & surprised when he FUP on the tests just to say everything looks good vs. that usual FUP you only get if you're dying & his visit summary documentation is easy to understand and accurate.

Very poor, everyone in the office including the doctor. Appointment was scheduled for ultra sound, following doctor appointment was not scheduled for another hour later, no one told us about it. First visit was for lab test, there was no follow up call or reports, when we asked answer was "we dont call if everything is normal". Asked the doctor to see if we can get the reports, she just looked the computer and said everything is good. How disinterested can a doctor be?
