Falsely advertises he does home visits and staff informs you he does. Then you waste two hours going back and forth to his office answering questions and submitting documents - still being told he makes home visirts - then all of a sudden, the same day, the staff says he no longer makes home visits. Disgusting behavior!

My experience with Dr. Woo was horrible. He reviewed my mothers case, proceeded with a statement for her to see his affiliate Dr because the other Doctor spoke Spanish. My mother is German with a spanish surname. Dr Woo refused follow up care with my mother and passed her off to another Dr in his office. He refused to speak to me any further. He tossed my mothers file at his receptionist, told her to schedule her with the other Dr. His comment was as the head Dr and he could do as he pleased.
